We promised you pictures of the time when we celebrated Passover in Rochester, NY with the roasting of a whole lamb over fire. Fond memories of Corwin Marsh managing all the details. Procuring the lamb. Arranging for it to be butchered. Marinading it in a wheelbarrow (Meatbarrow). And then building a frame and a fire for the roasting.
Onlookers may have wondered what was going on. Makes us laugh thinking about these guys standing around an animal carcass hanging over a fire near the end of a Rochester winter.
